Unlike the 10k the training modalities change as you move closer to your aerobic base level fitness and further away from anaerobic capacity. This 5 day (4 nights) retreat will enable you to elevate to the next level of running distances. whether you are a first time half marathoner or you 10th time. The content and knowledge you will gain from this retreat will ensure you are prepared to take on the challenge.
